Convers-azioni
ConversAzioni
In 2021, the Viso A Viso Community Cooperative, together with Confcooperative Cuneo, conceived and organized ConversAzioni #1 – the Piedmont Festival of Cooperatives and Community Enterprises. The idea was born out of the need to connect organizations, places, and enterprises, giving them the opportunity to get to know one another, reflect together, and explore the possibility of building collaborative pathways.
The second edition of the festival, Convers.Azioni #2 – Places of Transformation, took on a regional dimension, being promoted directly by Confcooperative Habitat Piemonte, with the support of the national federation and various actors within the Confcooperative network. The Festival hosted dialogue among local experiences and enterprises, institutional and political representatives, organizations, experts, and professionals.
ConversAzioni #3 continues to aim at building a shared space for connection among diverse enterprises and cultures—an essential foundation for strategic, supra-regional action. The specific theme of the 2024 Festival is sustainability, understood in its threefold meaning: environmental, economic, and cultural.
Starting in 2024, the Festival includes the ConversAzioni School, featuring workshops led by experts and spaces for sharing practices.
The 2025 edition of ConversAzioni, titled “Beyond Inclusion. Toward a New Civic Vocabulary for Living in Italy,” will take place from November 6 to 8 in Ostana.
With the strategic role of enterprises and institutions capable of generating social and economic transformation remaining at the core, the event will be enriched by stories and experiences from community cooperatives in Italy and abroad. A new addition to ConversAzioni #4 is the DopoFestival, which will take place from the afternoon of Saturday, November 8, through Sunday, November 9—a unique opportunity for participants to explore the local area, learn about its history, and spark the emergence of new ideas.
