VERT – Mountain Shop is an initiative by Viso A Viso, located at SEGNAVIA – Porta di Valle in Brossasco, in the heart of the Varaita Valley. This space serves as a reference point for those looking to buy local, sustainable products connected to the mountain culture of the Monviso Lands.

A Hub for the Outdoor Community in the Monviso Lands

VERT offers visitors and residents a selection of products ranging from books about the environment and mountains, maps and hiking guides, to educational games, hiking clothing, and artisanal goods. The goal is to promote the Monviso Valleys through an offering that combines quality, sustainability, and territorial identity, with a specific focus on ecological issues.

A Monthly Market, Soon to Be Weekly

The shop is part of a broader effort to promote the territory, working alongside the Unione Montana Valle Varaita and the Municipality of Brossasco to create a quality market representing the flavor atlas of the Monviso Lands. The aim is to establish a monthly event, with the goal of making it weekly, involving small and medium local producers who offer essential goods and quality local products.

A Space for Participation

VERT and SEGNAVIA are not just places to shop but also meeting and participation spaces. They host events such as summer farmers’ markets and the Christmas craft market, helping build an active and cohesive local network.
